1. The Reporting Person is a director and stockholder of SC US (TTGP), Ltd. SC US (TTGP), Ltd. is (i) the general partner of SC U.S. Venture XIV Management, L.P., which is the general partner of each of Sequoia Capital U.S. Venture Fund XIV, L.P., Sequoia Capital U.S. Venture Partners Fund XIV, L.P., and Sequoia Capital U.S. Venture Partners Fund XIV (Q), L.P., or collectively, the XIV Funds, which together own 100% of the outstanding ordinary shares of Sequoia Capital USV XIV Holdco, Ltd., or XIV Holdco; (ii) the general partner of SC U.S. Growth VI Management, L.P., which is the general partner of each of Sequoia Capital U.S. Growth Fund VI, L.P., and Sequoia Capital U.S. Growth VI Principals Fund, L.P., or collectively, the GF VI Funds; (iii) the general partner of SC U.S. Growth VII Management, L.P., which is the general partner of each of Sequoia Capital U.S. Growth Fund VII, L.P., and Sequoia Capital U.S. Growth VII Principals Fund, L.P., or collectively, the GF VII Funds;

The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities included in this report, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, and the inclusion of these securities in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of the reported securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purposes.
4. The Reporting Person is a member of Sequoia Grove II, LLC. (1) Execute for and on behalf of the undersigned, in the undersigned's capacity as an officer, director and/or stockholder of any entity affiliated with Sequoia Capital Operations, LLC or any corporation or other person in which an investment fund affiliated with Sequoia Capital Operations, LLC makes an investment (each, a "Company"), Forms 3, 4, and 5 and amendments thereto in accordance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "1934 Act"),  and the rules thereunder, as well as any reports on Schedules 13D or 13G or Forms 13F or 13H and amendments thereto in each case in accordance with Section 13 of the 1934 Act and the rules thereunder or any Forms 144 in accordance with Rule 144 under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "1933 Act");

(2) Do and perform any and all acts for and on behalf of the undersigned which may be necessary or desirable to complete and execute any such Form 3, 4, or 5, Schedule 13D, Schedule 13G, Form 13F, Form 13H or Form 144 or amendment thereto and timely file such form with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") and any stock exchange or similar authority; and
